The Indian Hotels Company Limited certified that details of dematerialised and rematerialised securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were furnished within stipulated timelines to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, according to a filing with National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited on October 9, 2026. The confirmation was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the registrar and transfer agent.
