Nelcast Limited confirms full dematerialization of shares in a regulatory filing

Nelcast Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a filing by Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.
