Hi-Tech Gears Limited confirms securities dematerialization processing per SEBI regulations

The Hi-Tech Gears Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from MAS Services Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming the processing of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, within the stipulated time frame as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
