XtraNet Technologies forms subsidiary, XtraNet Data Centre, to build digital infrastructure in Bhopal

XtraNet Technologies Limited, formerly XtraNet Technologies Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, XtraNet Data Centre Private Limited, under the Companies Act, 2013. The new company, which will be based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, will engage in establishing, developing, owning, operating, maintaining and commercializing data centers and related digital infrastructure, and will have an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 5,00,000.
