CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited reported receiving a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
