Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Ltd. for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that all securities dematerialized and/or rematerialized during that period have been duly submitted to the relevant stock exchanges, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
