Jayatma Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Shyamlal Jainarayan as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective October 9, 2026, as approved by the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Jainarayan, a qualified Company Secretary with Membership No. A 29993, will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
