Marc Loire Fashions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday, October 9, 2026, that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Shreya Bhargava (Membership No. A72931) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment comes after CS Vasant Kuber Soni resigned from the same position, effective October 6, 2026.
