Dindigul Farm Product seeks government approval for Rajasekaran to remain Managing Director

Dindigul Farm Product Limited informed the BSE that its board approved an application to the Central Government seeking approval for Mr. R Rajasekaran to continue as Managing Director beyond the age of 70 years, and approved an interim change in his designation from Chairman and Managing Director to Non-Executive Chairman until the government's approval is received.
