SSMD Agrotech India appoints Ajeet as CFO, replacing Dharmendra Sharma in October

SSMD Agrotech India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Dharmendra Sharma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 15, 2026, due to personal reasons, and appointed Mr. Ajeet as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 09, 2026.
