Afloat Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, announced that Company Secretary Pallavi Sharma resigned from the position, effective October 8, 2026, citing personal reasons. The company stated there were no concerns regarding the management of the company and the audit committee and board will consider appointing a new Company Secretary.
