Niva Bupa confirms no shares held physically, per certificate from KFin Technologies

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, Registrar to an issue and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and confirmed that no shares of the company were held in physical mode during that period.
