Transrail Lighting Limited granted shares to employees via stock option plan exercise

Transrail Lighting Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 2,58,800 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each to eligible employees, following the exercise of 51,760 stock options under the Transrail Lighting Employees Stock Option Plan 2023. The allotment increased the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from 13,42,56,025 shares aggregating to Rs 26,85,12,050 to 13,45,14,825 shares aggregating to Rs 26,90,29,650.
