United Foodbrands Limited receives compliance certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited

United Foodbrands Limited, formerly known as Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited, announced it received a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Separately, MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, is not applicable to United Foodbrands Limited as all shares are held in demat form.
