Bajaj Finance allotted Rs 510.86 crore in secured debentures listed on BSE

Bajaj Finance Limited announced that its Debenture Allotment Committee has allotted 51,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, with a total value of Rs 510.86 crore, including discount and accrued interest. The debentures, with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited and carry a coupon rate of 7.78% per annum, maturing on November 9, 2029.
