Kusam Electrical Industries confirms no dematerialization requests during Q3 2026

Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd. submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during that period, as certified by Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent.
