Bosch Limited confirms securities dematerialization compliance with exchanges via certificate

Bosch Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 9, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The certificate, received from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, confirms compliance with actions related to dematerialization of securities, including listing on stock exchanges, mutilation and cancellation of certificates, and substitution of the depository as the registered owner.
