Saraswati Saree Depot confirms full dematerialization of shares in a regulatory filing

Saraswati Saree Depot Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 9, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for dematerialization were received, according to a certificate from Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.
