Madhav Infra Projects schedules board meeting to consider share variation and preferential issue

Madhav Infra Projects Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to consider and approve the variation of 1% Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares into 1% Non-Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares convertible into equity shares, and a preferential issue of securities through the conversion of promoter group’s unsecured loan into equity shares, both subject to shareholder approval; the trading window for company securities is closed for designated individuals from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
