Brahm Virat Industries appoints Ranju Das as advisor, explores AI opportunities

Brahm Virat Industries Corporation Limited, formerly known as Virat Industries Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Ranju Das as External Advisor to guide corporate management and business strategy, and approved a strategic initiative to explore opportunities in artificial intelligence. The board also authorized evaluation of a potential acquisition of Brahm Precision Materials Private Limited, a Promoter Group entity, and proposed the appointment of Ms. Neha Tikam as a Director to the Board of a proposed subsidiary, formerly known as Brahm Lifestyle Products Private Limited. Additionally, the company noted the resignation of Mr. Bhavik Maisuria as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 31, 2026.
