Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 53,336 equity shares, comprising 26,668 shares from the exercise of vested stock options and 26,668 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment, approved by the company's Stakeholders Relationship Committee on October 8, 2026, increased the paid-up share capital from Rs 11,75,52,200 to Rs 11,76,05,536, with the exercise price set at Rs 1 per option.
