Bella Casa Fashion submits compliance certificate to BSE and NSE exchanges

Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited submitted a compliance certificate under Regulations 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the Corporate Relationship Department, BSE Limited and the Listing Department, National Stock Exchange of India Limited. KFin Technologies Limited, formerly known as KFin Technologies Private Limited, confirmed the certificate’s non-applicability to Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialization or dematerialization requests were received during the quarter.
