Samvardhana Motherson International converts debentures, allotting shares at Rs 140.50 each

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited announced the allotment of 10,32,09,960 equity shares following the conversion of 145,010 compulsorily convertible debentures, as approved by the company's board on October 8, 2026. The conversion, executed at a price of Rs 140.50 per share, included a premium of Rs 139.50 per share, and was based on a formula outlined in the company's placement document, leaving 4,990 debentures outstanding to be compulsorily converted on September 20, 2027.
