Vodafone Idea confirms nearly all shares are held in demat form as of September 30, 2026

Vodafone Idea Limited, a partnership between Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities, with a total of 1,08,34,30,28,093 shares held in demat form representing over 99.9999% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital as of September 30, 2026.
