Kratikal Tech Limited forms Kratikal AI Inc. in Delaware to expand cybersecurity services

Kratikal Tech Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Kratikal AI Inc., in the State of Delaware, USA, on October 5, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The new entity, a Special Purpose Vehicle focused on cybersecurity, information security, and related technology services, was formed with a subscription of USD 10,000, comprising 100,000 equity shares of USD 0.10 each, and will support Kratikal Tech Limited’s business expansion and diversification strategy.
