Shriram Finance Limited allotted shares to employees exercising options under its 2023 scheme

Shriram Finance Limited announced the allotment of 41,758 equity shares to 70 employees who exercised stock options under the Shriram Finance Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023 (No.1), according to a filing on October 8, 2026, with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 470,60,90,068 to Rs 470,61,73,584.
