Zodiac Energy confirms share dematerialization via MUFG Intime India in regulatory filing

Zodiac Energy Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of share certificates received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
