Manomay Tex India Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 8, 2026, confirmed receipt of a certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited, pertaining to compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, noting that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form.
