Puravankara Limited confirms share dematerialization certificate from MUFG Intime India

Puravankara Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), regarding the dematerialization of share certificates for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
