Shanthi Gears Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that it received a compliance certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agents, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in relation to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
