Dharti Proteins Limited closes trading window ahead of bonus share consideration

Dharti Proteins Limited, formerly Devika Proteins Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its directors, promoters, designated persons, and specified connected persons will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, to consider the issuance of bonus shares out of audited free reserves.
