Pitti Engineering to review financial results and potential dividend at October board meeting

Pitti Engineering Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 22nd October 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, and to consider a potential interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The trading window for the company's securities, which was closed from the start of business hours of 30th September 2026, will reopen after 48 hours of the announcement of the financial results to the stock exchanges.
