Seshachal Technologies Limited will conduct an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) utilizing a virtual platform accessible through the CDSL e-Voting system at www.evotingindia.com. Shareholders can participate remotely, with access limited to 1,000 members on a first-come, first-served basis, excluding promoters, directors, and institutional investors. Those wishing to speak or ask questions must register via email to info@seshachal.com at least five days prior to the meeting. Individual shareholders can obtain login credentials by providing specified details to the company or Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), while non-individual shareholders and custodians require a more detailed registration process involving the CDSL e-Voting platform’s “Corporates” module. Shareholders who have not already voted remotely may cast their votes electronically during the EGM.
