VALOR Estate confirmed securities dematerialization compliance with the Bombay Stock Exchange

VALOR Estate Limited, formerly known as D B Realty Limited, submitted a confirmation certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, pertaining to securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and confirmed that the certificates were accepted or rejected by the depositories and have been listed on stock exchanges. The confirmation was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.
