Sobha Limited submits certificates confirming securities dematerialization and stock exchange listing

Sobha Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, has submitted certificates received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization and their listing on stock exchanges.
