GPT Healthcare submits certificate confirming no share dematerialization requests for Q3 2026

GPT Healthcare Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that it is forwarding a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no requests were received for dematerialization/rematerialization of shares during that period.
