BMW Industries confirms securities dematerialization certificate issuance for the second quarter

BMW Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that M/S ABS Consultant Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the company, has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and subsequent cancellation.
