Prabhhans Industries seeks member approval to relocate registered office to Haryana

Prabhhans Industries Limited announced that its board approved an alteration to the Main Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association, withdrawal of a prior resolution regarding the registered office, and the shifting of the registered office from the State of Telangana to the State of Haryana, subject to member approval. The company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through video conferencing and other audio-visual means to seek member approval for these matters, and also to approve the revised Notice of the meeting.
