Hindustan Mills confirms regulatory compliance with SEBI for the quarter ended September

HINDOOSTAN MILLS LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from M/s. Computech Sharecap Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
