The Shipping Corporation of India Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization up to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the confirmation was provided by Alankit Assignments Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
