Bhatia Colour Chem confirms full share dematerialization compliance for the September quarter

Bhatia Colour Chem Limited informed the BSE Limited that, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and neither the company nor Bigshare Services Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, received any requests for rematerialization or dematerialization during the period.
