IIRM Holdings India Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) LTD, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed the mutilation and cancellation of security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
