Homre Limited to review financial results at October 16 board meeting, BSE Ltd. confirms

Homre Limited, formerly known as Triton Corp Limited, will hold a board meeting on October 16, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Ltd. Trading in the company's securities for designated individuals will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
