Active Clothing Co Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. issued the certificate.
