Newgen Software confirms no securities received for dematerialisation during the September quarter

Newgen Software Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialisation and rematerialisation.
