Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed that no requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares were received for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
