Tata Communications to review financial results at board meeting on October 15, 2026

Tata Communications Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from statutory auditors, the company said in a filing. The trading window for the company will be closed from September 23, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
