Centrum Capital allotted equity shares to JBCG Advisory, receiving Rs 24,99,99,988.56

Centrum Capital Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 1,16,87,704 equity shares to JBCG Advisory Services Private Limited, a promoter group entity, following the exercise of an equal number of warrants. The allotment, completed on October 8, 2026, involved a receipt of Rs 24,99,99,988.56, representing the remaining 75% of the issue price per warrant, and increased the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 49,85,16,898.
