Birla Corporation confirms dematerialization of securities, with KFin Technologies verifying compliance

Birla Corporation Limited, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification, with the name of the depository substituted in the records as the registered owner, and that the dematerialized securities are listed on stock exchanges. KFin Technologies Limited provided a certificate confirming compliance with the provisions of the same regulation.
