Vedanta Power Limited, formerly known as Talwandi Sabo Power Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
